Dining at Fountain Head
Whether you are a club member looking at dining options, or a guest planning your special function, Fountain Head is your place.
Fountain Head features a highly-skilled culinary staff led by Executive Chef Todd Reynolds. The club is famous for its seafood and perfectly-prepared meats and poultry. The club serves lunch and dinner daily (except Mondays when the clubhouse is closed) and breakfast on weekends and holidays. Menus are updated frequently and reflect member input, although some club staples always remain on the menu. The culinary staff also adds daily lunch and dinner specials for added variety.
Although reservations are not required, they are certainly recommended, especially between 6:00 and 8:00 PM.
Dining Facilities
The club features three distinct dining areas, each with different purposes and capabilities.
The Tap Room is our casual dining area. It features a relaxing atmosphere with two big screen telivisions and a fully-stocked bar. Featuring happy hour specials from 4:00 to 7:00 every Tuesday through Friday, this is your place to convene before and after golf for a quick meal and cocktail. You may wear jeans in the tap room, so this is your place if you don't feel like getting dressed up or want to watch the big game while you dine. When weather permits, tables are also available on the deck, which features spectacular views overlooking the golf course.
The Founder's Room is our formal dining area. This is your place if you want to have an intimate dinner with your spouse or a quiet meal with your family or business associates. The Founder's Room features two side rooms with dining capacities of 16 if you are seeking extra privacy or have a dinner party too large for a round table. Formal dress attire is recommended, though not required.
The Ballroom is the area's premier banquet facility. The ballroom can acommodate up to 310 guests (275 for events requiring use of the dance floor) and features a dance floor, stage and microphone, a screen for media capabilties, and an attached bar. The ballroom hosts many wedding receptions, company meetings, and club functions, and is available to host non-member events with member sponsorship. The attached balcony overlooks the pool and tennis courts to provide extra space and air for summer functions. The room can be divided into sections to make an ideal location company seminars, trainings, and like events.
